Hi, I'm Stephanie Lucas. I believe that the best work happens when things are simple, honest, and human. I bring over ten years of experience supporting founders, CEOs, and fast-growing start-ups across a range of 21st century industries.
I'm familiar with Access to Work, and I bring lived experience of lonely leadership and neurodivergence to everything I do; the best coaching comes from a place of genuine understanding, not just professional distance. Alongside coaching, I hold an active operational role leading a women’s network, and so spaces are very limited.
My values are easy: simplicity, passion, and trust. I admire the hard work so that things feel accessible. I love what I do and I hope that shows. And I will always show up as my authentic self, transparently and honestly.
Sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet and often feature Piper, my poodle.

With over ten years of experience supporting neurodivergent founders (mostly Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia), I’ll work with you support you in navigating life, executive functioning skills and achieving professional goals.

I specialise in coaching for Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) / Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), offering a more structured and practical approach designed around the unique challenges of living with a personality disorder.
Together, we’ll work to build everyday stability, reclaim a sense of control, navigate the weight of stigma and recognise self-destructive patterns.
FAQs
How do we work together?
1
We’ll ask eachother exactly that! We’ll spend our first session deciding together how we’ll work well in partnership. I have over 10 years of experience and over 300 tools to work with. It’s not one program that’ll suit everyone, so we’ll create something together that guides you towards solutions to problems that you identify.
